For the Most Exotic Honeymoon

Sydney, Australia is one of the few honeymoon destinations on our docket that can easily fit into every mood category. When it comes to a woodlands experience, it doesn't get more exotic than it does with Sydney, Australia. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway in the woodlands, or want the hustle and bustle of a big city, Sydney has all of that to offer and more. In addition, by traveling across the world for your honeymoon, you enjoy a truly unique cultural experience that you just can`t find anywhere else in the world.

When to Go

It`s important to remember that being on a different hemisphere will affect the seasons in Sydney. The summer in Australia begins on December 1 and ends the last day of the month of February. As such, their winter is opposite to the Western Hemisphere as well. Even so, what you want to do and when you want to do it will be entirely up to what you want to experience. If however you are looking for a quieter time to go, going during the Sydney winters will help you avoid all of the festivals that start to occur around the Christmas holidays and continue right through the summer to March. If humidity bothers you, you will want to avoid the time periods between October and March which can get unbearably hot with temps over 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

What to Do

The Sydney Harbor Bridge Climb is one of the most popular activities here, and is described as an experience of a lifetime.
